Hello. If there is a jaw problem, it can be treated with orthodontic devices before puberty. However, after the onset of puberty, due to skeletal development and the shaping of the jaw, fixed orthodontics along with jaw surgery is required.

The best treatment time is prepuberty. It means that the best time is 9 years old for girls and 10 years old for boys.
